The Obamas left Tanzania for their home as they end their summer Africa tour.On their last day in Africa,Mrs.O and Obama engaged in various activities. While Michelle attended and spoke on the African First Ladies summit,Mr President visited and paid his respect to the victims of the bombings of the American Embassy in Dar es Salaam that took place in 1998.

During the summit,Michelle Obama and Laura Bush shared their experience and challenges as First Ladies,and inspired young ladies to consider education rather than their good looks. "I am here today as the First Lady of the United States because of education" said Michelle Obama

On his last leg in Africa,Obama visited the Ubungo Power Plant and showed off his soccer skills by playing with the energy generating ball.

And that concluded the Obama visit to Tanzania....
