Did Versace Plagiarize this or not?

So,the fashion world was going crazy since March 31st as an image of a Versace's T Shirt for the new collection emerges,looking a lot like a design done by Kesh,an upcoming designer who partnered with American Apparel in 2013

Take a look at the Versace Tee above and Kesh's design below...

Do you think its a copy-paste?

Kesh's "Face le New" design was well received and even celebrities like Cara Delevigne was spotted wearing one..While Versace claims to ise the Medusa,Kesh's design was actually a self portrait of her own face!

Now this Versace's tee has almost been sold out (for $650) while Kesh's was just $50...
