Final- Women's Celebrations Green Carpet

What you have been waiting for...is finally here. The parade of all beautiful ladies who were captured on the M.P camera at Women's Celebration event... I have never seen such beauty, style, fashion and characters, like in this event...Enjoy
The lady of the day,Shamim Mwasha posing with the guest of honor (left) Mama Tunu Pinda

From kente to khanga and kitenge....we saw it all...looking amazing, ladies!

Eve Collection was the designer of the day! All amazing pieces worn by great women were mostly created by the amazing,Eve.

The head gear was like being in a Nigerian movie/wedding...African pride...

 Need I say more?

Here are some of the M.P table members who won the tickets to join our table...some were camera-shy...
In any event...there are people who need to be sentenced to Fashion jail or just being warned...And for these three...it's straight to JAIL! There is no reason for you not to wear African Print for an event that has widely, extremely and thoroughly advertised as an African Attire kinda event...AND ...No! wearing animal print shoes doesn't count...
And before you start asking about what i wore...here is a detailed combo. African print skirt mixed with scarf print blazer, lacey top, pink heels....
Many congrats to Shamim, Khadija Mwanamboka and the whole team who managed to pull this off. It was a great event, lots of entertainment and a great way of women coming together regardless of age, size or color...

xoxo

Sijawahi kuona ukiwa umependeza ndugu yangu Mariam hata siku moja tangu nimekujua.. Mbona wana Kigoma wenzio wanajua kuvaa na kupendeza.. Hebu jitazame vizuri, ninauhakika utaweza..

  5. my dear Manahil...just in case you had a wardrobe malfanction or our dear fundi's did you wrong, now is the only moment for us to actually know the truth....but when we see you at any event, all that info is foreign to us and we talk about what we see at that particular moment....I guess this is a call to all of us to at least have more than one plan/option,when attenidng theme events.
