What you missed from KTMA 2015

So,the Kilimanjaro Tanzania Music Awards took place last night at Mlimani City... Yes if you were not Invited and didn't watch online or through TV,you missed out on alot of fun!

To start with, there was a red carpet experience...lot's of interviews took place and I must say, it was a very crowded red carpet.... All in all, the turnout was amazing and the fashion was mind blowing!

The MC of the night was the funny Zembwela with the beautiful DJ Fetty

The event kicked off with one great performance from the new song bird in town, Ruby. She did quite a showoff of her amazing vocals,i got goosebumps!

And i spot an Ally Rehmtullah dress design on her...

There after,the Awards start pouring out...it was surprise after surprise...

Mzee Yusuph leaved by his name of "Mfalme", showing other Taarab singers that he is the King of their industry

Baraka Da Prince started well as a new comer and got awarded as Best Upcoming artist...he looked on point too!

Then came this "performance" by Ommy Dimpoz...sorry,with this you didn't miss much :(

Mjomba Mpoto showed the world that his walking barefoot isn't the only indication that he is a true African...his music testifies his love for the African roots...

On the same SHOES aspect, Barnaba did a performance that was eennhhh.... and his lady'ish shoes just stole the show for me...

Then came Vanessa Mdee, whose wardrobe...anyhow....she performed with her girls and it was one sexy ish... stretching,whining and all...

I think I don't need to experience a Rihanna show after Vee Money's ...

Weusi looked smashing hot in their Kachumbari suits and when they performed it was just magical!

Ben Pol brough Sophia on stage and wowed the ladies...

Maua Sama,one of the young upcoming song birds that am interested to see develop...scooped one as well.

Profesa J proved he is the legend of Bongo Flava and of course, he brought his political campaign on stage as well   hehehee..good luck this October Prof!

And then we were blessed with glitters glitters everywhere! Ooooh Jokate, she killed it with this hooded glitter number

Ali Kiba stole the show by scooping many awards than any other artist... brought those Insta Teams to Mlimani city,maana!

Isha Mashauzi (NOT Mashuzi :))) made sure we all know she is the Queen of Melody and indeed she is..

Our MCs had a change of attire and Fetty looked sooooooo different from the DJ Fetty we see everyday. Beautiful!

Barnaba transformed to Ty of Beyonce, carrying along Vee's dress all over the stage...quite unnecessary really... Anyhow, this was Vee's moment as she ended the night with two awards! Have you started VOTING for her and Diamond for the MTV MAMA's? If not, let's get VOTING now...
