Award-winning Designer, Zargue'sia set to stun at Swahili Fashion Week

Award-winning Ishmael Tsakatsa, Creative Director of luxury Zimbabwean fashion brand , Zargue'sia is set to showcase his Spring/Summer Collection  2017 at the renowned and ninth edition of Swahili Fashion Week (SFW) taking place in Dar es Salaam in Tanzania from 2-4 December

Tsakatsa has created buzz in the local industry with his designs full of style and grace. Having recently showcased at the well received and inaugural, The September Fashion Issue, Tsakatsa’s suave designs will feature on the Swahili Fashion Week runway which is undeniably one of Africa’s leading fashion affairs, a must for the fashion enthusiast.

 Considered one of Zimbabwe most sought out talents, Tsakatsa has a number of accolades and award’s under his fashionable belt not just locally but across the continent. His awards include, Future Africa Leaders Award 2015, Lagos Nigeria; Best Entrepreneur Award 2015, University of Zimbabwe Vice Chancellor’s Awards and Zimbabwean Designer of the Year Award 2014, Zimbabwe Fashion Week.

 Zargue'sia latest collection for the season is inspired by the book "The Power Of Your Mind" by Rev Chris Oyakhilome. “It will feature the colors red, champagne and off whites. It’s a fusion of the Victorian era styles into modern day silhouettes. Lot's of volume and drama!” said Tsakatsa. True to his signature style one can certainly expect his designs at Swahili Fashion Week 2016 to reflect the brand’s ethos of timeless elegance and a suave personality exuding the effulgence of God’s beauty and love. Most importantly every detail will certainly be delicately crafted and tailored.

The Zargue'sia talented designer is set to raise the Zimbabwean flag high on one of the Africa’s most prestigious and important fashion events, Swahili Fashion Week.
