Her name is Shellina, an Asian name for a Rose. We ones mentioned about this designer and her Summer collection...But in case you don't remember, here is a recap;
This Tanzanian Designer is based in Canada and has done several fashion shows in Tanzania, the likes of Swahili Fashion Week 2010. One of the designs that caught my eye is this Shellina's S/S 2013 Collection,carrying her own name;
Her pieces are colorful and inspired by nature.
There is a certain elegance about all of Shellina's designs, and after meeting her in person, I understood why. She has that aura about her,too :)
Everything is detailed, with minimal statements that makes it standout.
As her new collection is about to be unveiled at the Maridadi Show in October 6th, M.P blog got a chance to have an interview with this talented lady. That part will come later ;))
