The price consists of $2.6 billion in cash and $400 million in Apple stock that will vest over an unspecified time period. The deal is expected to close before the end of September.

VODACOM TANZANIA Closes acquisition of the shares previously owned by Rostam Aziz. Through his company called Carlvary Holdings, Rostam Aziz owned 35% shares of Vodacom Tanzania which he reduced to 17.8% last year, and now the other 17.2% has been concluded.
