Facts: First Hair Perm Took Six Hours to Tong a Woman's Hair!

We really do take advantage of the facilities, technologies available in our generation,BUT do you know how far all that have come? Its crazy but true...The first hair perm in 1906 required the client to sit for six hours with a dozen brass curlers in her hair.
