Events This Weekend

This weekend is goung to be one busy one for me...Events are piled up everywhere and being a fashion and lifestyle blogger..i gotta keep you updated on almost all of them! 

So,let's see what we have this weekend.

Friday saw great events by Club E and The Beat by Mzungu Kichaa...Also,Swahili Fashion Week 2013 kicked off on this night...

On Friday we also witnessed Mama Neema Kivugo from Kiteto winning 5 Million worthy of farming instruments from Oxfam Tanzania GROW campaign by Blogger,Shamim....

Saturday.....

Saturday starts off with a hearty meal full of meat...am talking of Nyama Choma Festival happening at Kijitonyama Postal Grounds...From there,we meet at Swahili Fashion Week for another dosage of great pieces from both local and international designers...

Sunday.... 

Sunday starts slow with a sleep in (if possible).... A soulful lunch or brunch is in order...followed by a relaxing Peroni Jazz Sunday at Velisa's.....

We thereafter join His Worship the Mayor of Ilala,Jerry Silaa...and contribute our efforts to have every Tanzanian child sit on a desk at school....

From there...we end the day with Swahili Fashion Week Awards night....By the way,Did you VOTE for Missie Popular today?

Monday....

Celebrating 52 Years since our Political Independence....Monday is a Public holiday that I usually use to rant my views on my country's welfare,on Twitter.... You can joun me and share yours too by Following @MissiePopular...
