The event kicked off with girls showcasing their cocktail dresses selected from SIA Couture. All 13 girls rocked the stage,showing their stage presence skills
All this took place while Tanzanian singer Ben Pol sang his hit song,"Sophia"
And from the 13, only 8 made it to the next round....
The girls looked dashing!
By the end of their parade, a Top Four was named.
Lillian,Stacey,Lorraine and Willice made it to the Top Four. As one of the judges,we asked each contestant one question and that determined the final selection of the winners
At the end, Lorraine was crowned Miss Universe Tanzania while Lillian made it as Miss Earth Tanzania. The first picture with the winners involved judges (From Left) Ernest Napoleon(Going Bongo), Priyah(SIA Couture), Nafue Nyange(Glammadam), Sheria Ngowi, Mariam Ndaba(Missie Popular), Miriam Odemba and Chief judge,Maria Sarungi-Tsehai.
