Miss Universe winner is Miss Philippines!

 Apparently there was a hiccup when the host announced Miss Colombia as the winner instead of this beauty! All in all,at the end the winner was crowned

 She is a beauty...although our Miss Tanzania looked much much more :)

 And the Top Three went to Colombia as First Runners Up while USA scooped the Second Runners Up

What position did Miss Universe Tanzania hold? We wait for a word from the director,Maria Tsehai Sarungi
