As Fashion Capital city of Tanzania On Saturday 25th of May, 2013 Dar es Salaam will mark its new history in the Fashion Industry by hosting fresh new Fashion show in town VIBE RUNWAY at Ledger Plaza, Bahari Beach Hotel, whereby the fashion event will showcase new and established designers both local and International with the latest innovative developments in glamour and style.
VIBE RUNWAY is one of its kind Fashion events that aim to not only combines fashion designers and art, but also brings together live musical entertainers to set the stage up for an unforgettable entertainment experience.

VIBE RUNWAY is a fashion show and music show, featuring music and designers showcasing top designs, it will pair some of music's hottest acts with a parade of beautiful models and puts them all on the same runway.
The lineup for VIBE RUNWAY’s most anticipated fashion event has finally been released! As the event day quickly approach, VIBE RUNWAY is proud to announce the participating designers, Performers, Presenters, and models that will vibrate the city within one night.
The Iconic designer Asia Idarous Khamsin director of Fabak Fashions will make one of the remarkable shows and lead the designer team. Self-taught designer Kemi Kalikawe is in the list as well, founder of Naledi Fashion House. Other designers are B Designs and VS: VERNIC from Tanzania, Kenya based designer Mohamed Bana, Estelle Mantel from Zambia and from Washington DC the one and only Ibrahim Pure.
The parade on stage will witness super models from Tanzania, a Tanzania beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe Tanzania 2012 Winfrida Dominique, Meena Xirs, Rimaly Said Odemba, Mary Chizi, Macrida Joseph, Neema Doreen Sylvery, Rachida Ussuale and Lota Mollel.
“As the aim of the show, VIBE RUNWAY features some Music Artists from Tanzania to beautify and vibe the show, Julio Batalia, the charming Tanzanian telecommunications expert who participated in the seventh season of Big Brother Africa 2012, G1, JC, Melisa John, Makjams and King Kapita will give the performance on that Saturday night. Kohntar Perry, Presenter from Choice Fm will host the show and our official DJ is DJ 4U” Mentioned Miss Veronica.
